Captive Set Free’s mission is to provide individuals with mental health symptoms warm and compassionate specialized care providing services that are easy to access, short appointment wait time, and evidence-based care. Due to the lack of psychiatric providers, our mission is to help fill the lack by providing a service for client’s in Illinois who may be suffering with mental health symptoms.
